In today's fast-paced world, mental health has become a growing concern. People from all walks of life are facing various mental health challenges. To address this issue, the India Chapter of the Association of Catholic Mental Health Ministers and the Catholic Bishops Conference of India's Healthcare Commission organized the first-ever National Mental Health Conference at Nirjhari, Carmelaram in Bengaluru, Karnataka, from
April 5th to 6th, 2024.
This two-day event aimed to raise awareness about mental health and its significance. It brought together religious, clergy, church leaders, experts, professionals, and individuals committed to promoting mental well-being and supporting those who are struggling with mental health issues.
